Tim Kelley is a financial advisor, focused particularly in the energy marketplace and business start-ups. Tim has experience leading organizations through business start-ups, product rollouts, market expansions, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.  He is skilled in strategic planning, opportunity identification, financial and risk analysis, budgeting, investment portfolio optimization, business plan and product life-cycle plan development.  Tim has developed and led high performance, motivated teams to achieve strategic business objectives.  He has also established and cultivated effective partnerships, and structured and negotiated complex agreements.  Tim has end-to-end energy and gas market experience in ISO operations, renewables, T&D asset management, portfolio and risk management, revenue cycle management, customer service, marketing, and regulatory management in North America, Europe, and Australia.
